Technical Talent in Residence (TTR) Programme

Objective:

The Technical Talent in Residence (TTR) programme aims to develop mid/senior level professionals in IT, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship and leadership by providing comprehensive training and practical experiences. The objective is to create a talent pool of technical entrepreneurs who are well-equipped to tackle contemporary challenges in these fields.

 

Purpose

The purpose of the TTR programme is to bridge the skills gap in the technology and cybersecurity sectors in Africa by offering a structured learning path that includes classroom training, practical sessions, and professional development activities. This initiative is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their careers and contribute significantly to their organizations and industries.

To cultivate a community of young minds equipped with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to excel in the fields of technology, innovation, and leadership.
